The Lane Regional Air Protection Agency (LRAPA) invites public comment on the conditions of the several proposed air quality permits that apply to Gasoline Dispensing Facilities (GDFs), such as gas stations.
LRAPA is proposing updates and a renewal of:
• General Permit #22 (AQGP-22)
• General Permit #23 (AQGP-23)
• Permit Attachment AQGP-22a
• Permit Attachment AQGP-23a
Comments are due on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, by 5:00 pm.
