Public Notice

The Lane Regional Air Protection Agency (LRAPA) and DEQ invite public input on proposed updates to LRAPA Title 43 Asbestos Requirements Rules. These updates include permanent rule amendments to LRAPA Rules and Regulations.

LRAPA will only consider comments on the proposed rules that are received in writing by October 15, 2026 at 5:00pm, along with oral comments made at the public hearing.
