Public Notice

The Lane Regional Air Protection Agency invites the public to submit written comments for the proposed General Air Contaminant Discharge Permit (ACDP) for facilities that conduct fiberglass lay-up and/or reinforced plastics composites production. LRAPA proposes to issue this General ACDP to facilities that meet certain conditions as listed in permit AQGP-003.

Comments are due on Monday, December 29, 2025 by 5:00 pm.
