Permit Issuance

On 9/24/2025 LRAPA issued an approved Indirect Source Construction Permit for the E-Commerce Facility in accordance with title 20 of LRAPA’s Rules and Regulations approving the construction of 368 associate (personal) parking spaces, 976 fleet vehicle parking spaces, and 13 mechanical fleet storage spaces at the new e-commerce facility at Map 17-04-05-00, Tax Lot 00400, located on the west side of Highway 99, south of Awbrey Lane, east of Green Hill Road, Eugene

The permittee shall ensure that combustion engine vehicles do not exceed the following thresholds:

a. Maximum 1,000 total combustion engine vehicle spaces (fleet + associate) available at any time; and

b. Implementation of electric vehicle (EV) fleet targets: 25% (Year 1), 40% (Year 5), 70% (Year 10).
