Public Notice

The Lane Regional Air Protection Agency (LRAPA) and DEQ invite public input on proposed updates to LRAPA Air Quality Permitting Rules. These updates include permanent rule amendments to LRAPA Rules and Regulations.

LRAPA will only consider comments on the proposed rules that are received in writing by January 21st, 2027, at 5:00pm, along with oral comments made at the public hearing
