The Lane Regional Air Protection Agency (LRAPA) invites public comment on the conditions of the draft Title V Operating Permit renewal for Weyerhaeuser NR Company – Eugene EWP. The Weyerhaeuser – Eugene plant receives dry veneer from outside suppliers and operates a laminated veneer lumber (LVL) and wood I-joist manufacturing facility located at 195 North Bertelsen Road, Eugene, Oregon.

Comments are due on Thursday, September 3, 2026, by 5:00 pm.
