The Lane Regional Air Protection Agency (LRAPA) invites the public to submit written comments on the conditions of the proposed Simple Air Contaminant Discharge Permit (ACDP) renewal for Grain Millers, Inc. Grain Millers operates a cereal grain processing facility located at 315 Madison St. in Eugene, OR. The facility operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
Comments are due on Wednesday November 18, 2026, by 5:00 pm.
