LRAPA invites the public to submit written comments on Metropolitan Wastewater Management Commission – Eugene/Springfield Water Pollution Control Facility Proposed Air Quality Permit No. 202537 and Review Report for the renewal of a Standard Air Contaminant Discharge Permit (ACDP) (No. 202537) for a facility that operates a municipal wastewater treatment plant in Eugene, Oregon.

Comments are due on Monday, September 22, 2025, by 5:00 pm.
